Sorry!

First of all I'd like to apologize for taking so long-I've just been procrastinating! Anyway, here I am!
A lot has been said about education recently, especially on the news. I think that after the publishing of that video on YouTube, people became a bit more aware of what is happening in schools.
Anyway, this triggered a long discussion about education on the CAFLI blog. I agree with most of what was said-everyone made some interesting points. I don't have much to add, I just think that if you enjoy teaching and you do the best you can, then you still feel rewarded at the end of the day, no matter how you are viewed by society. However, a little appreciation is always welcome!

First of all, no apologies necessary. We are indebted to you for your words of wisdom, and although we might like more, any that you can spare are welcome ANYTIME!

Secondly, you're right about it doesn't really matter what society thinks of you just as it doesn't really matter what you think of it. What DOES matter IMHO is what you think of yourself.

Finally, please consider yourself most definitely and deeply appreciated! :-* :)
